MAKING A BOOKING

To receive a full tailor made itinerary with various tour options available that meet your travel needs, contact us at : booking@hanorahtravel.com or fill the booking request form

Our team of travel experts will promptly provide you with available tour options and comprehensive information necessary for your consideration prior to confirming your booking.

We base our quote in Euro. We will honour each quote for 10 days, though once any booking is confirmed there will be no changes in cost due to currency fluctuations.

CONFIRMING A BOOKING

Once you're satisfied with the trip's quotation and ready to proceed with booking, our Financial Department will contact you with the invoice and 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Balance is due 15 days prior the start of your tour.

Kindly note that for stays confirmed less than 15 days before the departure date, full payment is required on receipt of the invoice.

Our Finance Department will send you our Bank details by email.

CHANGES AFTER BOOKING

Once payment is made and the booking is confirmed, if you wish to cancel or change the itinerary, please liaise as soon as possible with our Booking Team at booking@hanorahtravel.com

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS & PENALTIES

Cancellation 30 days before the start of the tour: no cancellation fee

Less than 28 to 15 days before the start of the tour: 50% cancellation fee

Cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the tour (No show): 100% penalty fee
